About TEC:

When TEC first introduced the infrared grill forty years ago, it quickly established itself as a pioneer in the industry. With unmatched heat capabilities, TEC grills became synonymous with achieving the perfect sear on steaks and burgers. However, recognizing that grilling encompasses a wide array of dishes, the engineers at TEC went back to the drawing board to fine-tune their burners.

Today, TEC grills stand out from the competition for a different reason. They are the only infrared grills available that can reach an ultra-low temperature of 200°, making them ideal for slow-cooking pork shoulders or smoking ribs to perfection. Rest assured, TEC grills still maintain the ability to reach those impressive high temperatures that initially drew you to infrared grilling.
